So YOU want to be a Safari Guide?
I understand 100%. I have worked with hundreds of students asking and saying the same thing. I want to be a Guide... I want to be a Vet... I want to be a Trails Guide... I want to be a Ski Instructor... and all kinds of other unique and interesting careers. Vintage Destinations provides consulting, for the most appropriate training program for you. Vintage Destinations is also a supporting member of FGASA, the Field Guides Association of Southern Africa. Now, why would you not go directly to the training providers who offer you the training programs?
Our experience tells us this:
We don't own our own training program, but we know who does offer programs and have taken part in these programs ourselves. We have taken the courses offered by most of them, at some point, and certainly know of people who have, and know who is who. So tell us what you want to achieve and we will consult with you to suggest the best options for your training, to meet your personal needs and ambitions.
Important Information:
Within our company, I (Timothy Jackson, CEO) with 7 years teaching in the private and public school system internationally, and having completed both the FGASA Trails Guide and Level 2 Field guides training myself, place myself in a very good position to help you make the right choice. We have a very strong base of references, who are happy to share with you, our history in practical forms of Education internationally, and our support in pushing for reliable training programs worldwide, is simply an inherent part of our company philosophy, and the way we live our lives.
